Orvelo is a managed placement business. We recruit the agent, train them, score their work every week and replace them if it is not working. You direct the work and nothing else.
The gap nobody was filling
Home service owners were losing jobs to unanswered phones while standing on a roof. Agencies were turning down retainers because they could not deliver what they had already sold. Both had tried freelancers. Both had been burned by the same three things — no training, no cover, no accountability.
So we built the thing that was missing. Not a platform that introduces you to strangers, but a company that hires the person, trains them, manages them, and stands behind the work.

Managed, and replaceable
Performance, cover and escalation are our problem. If someone is not working out we replace them at no extra cost, and the written documentation transfers.
